With a deep-rooted background in machining and a strong foundation in customer relationships and process improvement, I bring extensive knowledge to Platinum Precision Mfg. My journey began in my family's machine shop, where I gained hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of the business. Having worked my way up from the ground floor, I dedicated 15 years to overseeing day-to-day operations for a team of 65 employees. This role involved successfully managing the demands of numerous Fortune 500 tier 1 and 2 customers across diverse industries.

During my tenure, I navigated the complexities of balancing customer needs while overseeing the smooth operation of our plant. This facility was equipped with advanced machinery, including 12 Hydromats®, 30 Acmes, 5 Okuma CNC machines, and 33 Davenports. This diverse array of equipment allowed me to gain invaluable expertise in various machining and manufacturing processes.

 

Above all, my experience has taught me the significance of fostering strong customer-supplier relationships. I firmly believe in the collaborative approach, working closely with customers to ensure mutual success. At Platinum Precision Mfg., I strive to apply my knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results for both our customers and suppliers.
